These terms govern your use of the Heritage Craft Media website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

Heritage Craft Media provides digital services including AI automation, content strategy, digital storytelling, and access to the HCM Academy for craft and artisan businesses. The scope of services provided to each client is agreed in writing before work begins.

Client accounts and portal access

If you are provided with client portal access, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your login with others. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Heritage Craft Media unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or republish any content without our written permission.

Work produced for clients as part of a paid engagement remains the property of Heritage Craft Media until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project agreement.

Limitation of liability

Heritage Craft Media will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability in relation to any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
